Didn't know it was there until I was looking for a feline dewormer and this place was the closest place that carried it. So I drove to North Arlington and was really amazed by this store. The lady at the register was super helpful and very nice. The prices were basically the same as anywhere else but they had a different variety of wet cat food than what all the other stores carry, which was nice. Very clean and organized place. Lots of cute holiday pet toys.

I go to Pet Supermarket for the well-maintained fish department with a wide variety of freshwater fish. Tanks are clean and sometimes you see species that are less common. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are generally good.

What I love about Pet Supermarket is that their staff and service is great. I have an eight year old chihuahua (Her name is Shelby) and a three year old ball python (his name is Sebastian,) and I go here every two weeks to buy feeder mice. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. The hours are convenient for me to work around my schedule so that we can get what we need for our sweet babies. They carry Stella and Chewy of many varieties, which my dog eats, and they have feeder mice and rats for sale for my little wriggler. I recommend this place for first time snake owners, as the staff usually provides good advice, and the options for setting up a tank are good for many snakes. They also have yummy treats for the pups and a clearance section, and I enjoy seeing what animals they have in stock.

I had went here a week ago to see what they had I also was looking for live feed for my ball python and luckily they did and they are healthy my snake finally ate after nearly a month without eating she finally ate within 15 minutes of me putting the live feed in her tank it was completely gone and also I got to hold a Ferret they were absolutely adorable and I had gotten large crickets from here they have lasted for a while surprisingly for 2 weeks better than any pet store I’ve been too plus the 2 ladies that were there were very nice and welcoming:)

Setting up a fish tank for a first time and Hailey had the upmost respect with any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. She was very patient and had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. The store itself had a couple things allaying around but all associates were helping the other customers as well. Overall a great store with great help.

I just left and had a wonderful experience. I had a great sales associate who was very nice patient and informative. I honestly can’t remember her name, but I think it started with an L. I know that doesn’t help and I apologize. I came in for a teddy bear hamster and walked out with a black bear, hamster and an entire new starter kit. Anyway, I am now a VIP member and I Can’t wait to go back.

They're great up there! Called ahead for a bunny. THEY HAD ONE LEFT! LIA was very knowledgeable of what all I needed to care for "BROWNIE" gave me great advice about food choices, bedding, chew toys and living space. Showed me how to hold our new baby. Didn't know they cant digest carrots! Thanx for being so nice to us💜 very clean and orderly and prompt. She told me to call the store anytime for help.
